Payment will be made thru PayPal's secure website after I create an invoice which you will receive from the PayPay website.  You do not need a PayPal account to pay for the purchases.

 

PayPal accepts many payment types, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, eCheck and PayPal balance payments.

 

PayPal  accepts, authorizes and processes the payment.  Once funds have cleared, I will ship your purchases within 3-5 business days.

 

Shipping, handling and insurance are not included in the price of the art work.  Those expenses will  be added to  the invoice.

 

Return Policy.  If you are unsatisfied with the purchases, returns must be made within 7 days of receipt and with prior approval of artist.  Returned artwork must be undamaged, packaged properly for shipping and must be insured for the price of the artwork. You are  responsible for all costs of shipping, handling and insurance  for shipping to you and for the return of the purchase.  After the artwork is received in good condition I will gladly return payment thru PayPal to the credit card with which you purchased the artwork, less  the shipping, handling and insurance costs.
