Once payment has been received, your art will be securely prepared for shipping.
Most of my work is shipped via Fed Ex and a phone number is required for the recipient.
They will also accept your Fed Ex account number from me if that is your wish.

Shipping issues
If the carrier delivers a damaged work, contact me and the carrier within 24 hours.
Return policy
With prior approval of the artist, you may return any item(s) within a 7 (seven) day period following delivery of the purchased item(s), shipping and insurance costs will not be refunded. Returned art must be packaged properly for shipping and insured for the price of the artwork. You are responsible for all costs of shipping, handling and insurance for the return of the item in safe condition.
Damages, if any, not due to the carrier (poor packaging, etc.) will be deducted from the refundable amount.
After the artwork is received in good condition, payment will be processed through PayPal to the credit card with which you purchased the item, less the shipping, handling and insurance costs and cost of any damages.
